Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order.
We do not accept returns for any non-defective products. If you were
shipped the wrong product by mistake we of course will replace the item with the
correct one at no additional charge. If your product arrives damaged or is
defective we will issue a UPS call tag. A UPS driver will be
dispatched to your location to pickup the defective item in question, a
replacement will be shipped once we receive the defective item. Again with
no additional costs to you.
Please keep all packaging materials in the event of a damaged item.
All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging materials.
